To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can also try to accommodate local pickup or dropoff in Toronto in some cases.
